TYPES OF WELDING

MIG welding (Metal Insert Gas) is usually used in thin to medium thickness metals. This technique is easy to learn and apply.

Most commonly used in the manufacturing industry such as automobile, aerospace, and equipment manufacturing.

Tungsten, which is a metal that is very hard to melt, is used in this type of welding. This tungsten electrode is fused to the metals using Argon or Helium on high heat and pressure.

This method is preferred in areas such as aircrafts, spacecrafts, race cars and the welds are an art forms.

Stick welding is the oldest form of welding, You can use this technique in rain, wind or even UNDERWATER!!!

This is a strong and durable method with a relatively low cost. Mostly used in pipelines, Bridges,Skyscrapers and oil rigs.

In addition to these 3 types of welding, Flux core, and welding methods such as laser welding and spot welding is used in certain industries.
